The Carson City School District reports it is holding school today.
Truckee Meadows Community College will open at noon. The RTC Ride will not go to TMCC this morning due to ice and snow.
The University of Nevada, Reno will open at 10 a.m.
The Regional Transportation Commission buses in Reno are running but are delayed.
